Giveaway rules

No purchase required

Registered members must be able to enter eligible giveaways without donating or purchasing supporter access. One entry per person per giveaway is the current product rule.

Eligibility

Each giveaway must publish eligible countries, minimum age, parental-consent rules, opening and closing times, excluded persons and regions where the promotion is void or restricted.

Winner selection

Final rules must specify the random-selection method, independent audit trail, notification period, identity and eligibility checks, alternate-winner process and public result documentation.

Prizes and delivery

Prize description, quantity, approximate retail value, delivery regions, customs, taxes, substitutions and acceptance deadlines must be confirmed before entries open.

Privacy

Entry data may be used only to administer the giveaway, prevent fraud, contact potential winners and meet legal obligations. Public winner information requires appropriate consent.

Current status

No prototype listing should be treated as an open or completed real giveaway until funded prizes, final rules, eligible regions and verifiable winner records exist.
