Refund Policy

The optional $1.60 "Back the Petition" contribution is a one-time, non-recurring payment — there's no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

How refunds work here

Contributions are sent directly by you through Payoneer or Binance Pay as a manual transfer — this site never processes a card charge and has no automated "refund" button, because there's no automated payment processor sitting in the middle. If you want a refund:

• Contact us at commission@viworldvacation.com with the reference code you were given (format VI-2026-XXXXXX).
• We'll review the request and, if approved, send the amount back manually to the same account or wallet you paid from.
• Because this is a manual process on both ends, refunds are not instant — we'll confirm a timeframe with you directly once we've reviewed the request.

What a contribution does and doesn't get you

A confirmed contribution recognizes you as a supporter of the campaign. It does not unlock the petition (signing is always free), does not grant any giveaway entry, and does not improve your odds in any giveaway — so a refund never affects your petition signature or any giveaway entries you already have, which never required payment in the first place.

If a payment can't be verified

If you send a payment but we can't match it to your submitted reference code (for example, the reference wasn't included in the transfer note), your contribution will show as "couldn't be verified" rather than being silently accepted or silently lost. Contact us with your reference code and transaction details and we'll help sort it out — including a refund if the payment genuinely can't be matched.
