VI World Vacation ("the campaign", "we", "us") is an independent fan campaign built and operated by an individual, not a registered company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive in any way. By using this site you agree to these terms.

What this campaign is

VI World Vacation lets fans sign a petition, vote by country, enter giveaways, and optionally support the campaign with a small one-time contribution. Nothing here is an official Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive product, promotion, or communication.

Signing the petition

Signing the petition is free and does not require payment of any kind. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information to sign. One signature per person; creating multiple accounts to sign more than once is not allowed and signatures found to be duplicated or fraudulent may be removed.

Optional contribution

You may optionally send a one-time $1.60 contribution via Payoneer or Binance Pay to support the campaign's costs (legal preparation, translations, giveaway operations, hosting). This is entirely optional, is never required to sign the petition or enter a giveaway, and never improves your odds of winning anything. Contributions are manually verified by the operator against the real receiving account — see the Refund Policy for what happens if a contribution can't be verified or you want it reversed.

Giveaways

No purchase or contribution is ever necessary to enter or win a giveaway. Each giveaway has its own eligibility rules, which may include a minimum age of 18, accepting the specific giveaway's rules, and verified membership in the campaign's Discord server. Winner selection, verification, and prize fulfillment are handled by the operator; details for each giveaway are published alongside that giveaway.

Accounts and conduct

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information — false information (including a false date of birth to bypass an age requirement) may result in your account being suspended and any votes, entries, or entitlements tied to it being revoked.
• Don't attempt to forge referral credit, payment confirmations, or giveaway eligibility.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its data.

No warranty

This is a fan-run campaign provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features, milestones, and giveaways may change or end at any time. We'll try to communicate changes honestly and without hype.

Governing law

Not yet specified. The operator has not yet completed a legal review of which jurisdiction governs these terms or in which regions giveaways can legally run — this is an open item before broader public launch. Until that review is complete, don't rely on this section for legal certainty.
